Tim is a licensed Real Estate Agent with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Certificate in Theory Accounting and over 40 years real estate experience with 20 years of it being in the Commercial and Industrial sectors and 20 years in residential land subdivision and new home development.

Tim has been operating in the Hills Shire for the past 20 years. Tim decided to specialise in acreage and subdivision in particular the "Balmoral Road Release Area" or more commonly known as the "Doughnut". During the past 20 years Tim has sold approximately 50% of all acreage in the area and has achieved the highest rates per acre on residential land. Tim was very active in assisting in bringing about the successful rezoning of this unique area. In the past, the office has sold over $85 million dollars in one street ie Fairway Drive , Kellyville.

Tim's recent marketing includes 40x700m2 lots for sale at Balmoral Road, Kellyville, 72 lots in varying sizes at Box Hill (67 are sold) , 48 apartments and 22 villas for Over 55's at Dural and has sold a new development site for 320 apartments in Rouse Hill for $26,000,000.
